Academy Day

The Academy day will consist of students arriving at 8:45 or 12:15, depending on whether they are with is for the morning sessions or afternoon sessions.  This could be via our mini bus which will collect them from their home school, or if they live locally, they may with signed parental consent, make their own way to and from the academy.

Students will receive a bespoke timetable dependent on the vocational area they are going in to and the students identified on non identified needs.

Students will have a 20 minute break within their session, where they can go out in our enclosed playground or hang out in the student lounge,  where they can access refreshments and a chance to play on the games console.

After their break they will continue with their vocational studies and also engage in a group PSHE session.

​

The mini bus will take them back to their home school, leaving the academy at 12:15 or 3:15.
